Billing Information

Payment must be received from the customer before any goods are dispatched. The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant. Holistic Impact is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information. Holistic Impact reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion. Holistic Impact reserves the right to select and modify acceptable payment methods. In the event that the Customer’s order or service is cancelled, limited or halted, Holistic Impact will endeavour within reasonable limits to contact the Customer to explain the situation.

Delivery Policy

We can ship to the whole of the EU except Norway and Iceland. Within the UK, we ship first class signed mail for 4 (GBP) and Postage is FREE with purchases over £100. Holistic Impact does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems. Holistic Impact does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at holisticimpactuk@gmail.com and let us know. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue immediately.

Holistic Impact’s CBD is a natural product and is therefore subject to natural variations. Holistic Impact cannot be held accountable for any variation in the colour, smell or flavour of our products.

Pricing

All prices found on the Holistic Impact’s website include VAT and other relevant taxes imposed by the government. Holistic Impact reserves the right to modify prices without a period of notice.
